We have enlisted several Thoroughbred enthusiasts who are well respected in their disciplines to join us as our panel of judges.
Kathleen Stamps has been a USEF "R" judge for over 10 years and is certified in hunters, equitation, jumpers, and hunter breeding. Based out of Oxford, GA, she has judged competitions from the local level to AA-rated shows, including Sport Horse Nationals, NCEA, IHSA, and IEA competitions.

Began her judging career in 1971 apprenticing under Edna Lytle and the late Bruce Fales. She has judged just about every breed, but her favorites being the TB and Welsh breeds at this point in her career. She has judged English, Western, Hunters, Jumpers, Pleasure, Equitation and 100-mile competitive trail rides in VT & FL. She has been active with Pony Club to include coaching winning pony club teams and judging regional events. Barbara conducts clinics for hunters, equitation and show prep when not judging or photographing events. For two years in a row she has judged the Totally TB Show at the Pimlico Race Course and has been invited to judge it again in 2018 along with Rodney Jenkins.
Ann Genovese has been director of The Good Horseman Foundation since its inception in 1995 and organizes five or six USDF/USEF-recognized shows a year. Through GHF she has hosted five USDF L programs for judge education, several programs of continued education for L Graduates and has organized many of USDF Instructor Certification programs and final exams. She is a former journalist, retired after 18 years, the last 11 at The Atlanta Journal Editorial Department. She has held her USEF dressage judge’s license for more than 35 years and teaches and trains dressage horses at Little Creek Farm in Decatur, GA.
Leslie O'Neal Olsen is a USEF 'R' dressage judge, a USDF bronze and silver medalist, and a trainer, instructor and clinician through Grand Prix. She has studied classical dressage for 40 years. In 2007, she created the DVD "RIDE: Five Simple Steps for Secure, Solid Success".
This class will be judged by a panel of Ann Genovese, Kathleen Stamps and Barbara Kirschner.
