Welcome Competitors

Check back here for important competitor information regarding the event (ie. Entry Status, Stabling assignments, ride times, maps, etc.).  Don't see something you need, drop us a note or PM us on Facebook or Instagram.

We are excited to have you join us this weekend for the Brookwood Show.  Here are some items of note:

Ride Times will be posted for Dressage and Show Jumping below.

Riders will be allowed to ride out of order within their jump height in Show Jumping.

Order of Classes - Dressage: start with Combined Tests and will work from Intro to FEI, Jumping: start with Ground Poles and work our way up based on increasing height.

DAY SHIPPERS - Your parking area is across the road from Barn 3 and Barn 5 by the Big Oak Tree and RV Parking.  There are signs on the A-Frames in the road to direct you.  Overflow should continue down into the RV Parking area.  Absolutely NO parking around the barns.  Ship-In Parking Pass must be displayed on your dash.

Day Stalls will be unlocked by 6:30 AM.  If you need it before that, please email us at info@ottbevents.com and let us know what time you will be arriving.

Please check your entry status below and email us as many of the missing documents as possible BEFORE your arrival to expedite the check-in process.
